At Conniejoe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you have selected one of our signature rings or a premium lace front wig, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please note the specific requirements for our different product lines:
Hair Collections Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, wigs must be returned in their original and unaltered state. This means the lace must not be cut or trimmed, and the hair must not be washed, dyed, combed, or styled. Additionally, all original packaging must be intact, and the unit must be free of any odors or hair products.
Jewelry Rings must be unworn and show no signs of use, scratches, or wear. They must be returned in the original Conniejoe jewelry box or pouch provided at the time of purchase.
2. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. The Refund Process
Once we receive your item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will notify you immediately on the status of your refund after the inspection is complete. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies, which is typically 5 to 10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and a refund cannot be processed without the physical receipt of the goods.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds. This includes items marked as Final Sale or Clearance, as well as gift cards. Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error will also be denied. Wigs where the lace has been cut or altered in any way are strictly non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product—for example, if a ring arrives with a manufacturing defect—please send us an email at contact@conniejoe.com.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@conniejoe.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, first email our support team at contact@conniejoe.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with the return shipping address and a Return Authorization number. Securely package your item to prevent damage during transit and ship the package back to us using your preferred carrier, then provide the tracking number to our team.
